Hyperemesis Gravidarum: An Out of the Box Presentation, a Rare Case Report and Literature Review

A well-defined, irregular, T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense, intra-axial space occupying lesion of 5.2 × 3 × 3.7 cm size is seen involving inferior vermis, antero-medial aspect of right cerebellar hemisphere and right brachium pontis. Lesion causes compression and distortion of fourth ventricle and obstructive hydrocephalus. Small caudal descent of cerebellar tonsil is seen at foramen magnum.
